The Starbucks Strawberry Acai Refresher is their best-selling cold drink and the most-ordered item on the entire Starbucks menu. It is fruity, lightly sweet, has a gentle caffeine kick from green coffee extract, and goes down dangerously easy on a warm afternoon. The floating strawberry pieces make it look as good as it tastes.
This homemade version uses white grape juice as the base (just like Starbucks does), real acai powder for that signature berry depth, and freeze-dried strawberries that rehydrate in the drink and release concentrated strawberry flavor. Storage & Reheating

Do not add ice to the pitcher for storage. The melting ice dilutes the base and makes it watery by day two.
