Chicken breast, boneless4 pcs
Pickle juice1 cup
Powdered sugar1 tbsp
Peanut oilfor frying
Brioche buns, toasted4
Dill pickle chips16
Butter, melted2 tbsp

Directions
1.Brine the chicken breasts in pickle juice for at least 30 minutes (up to overnight for best results).
2.Mix flour, powdered sugar, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Dredge chicken and shake off excess.
3.Heat peanut oil to 350°F. Fry chicken 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (165°F internal).
4.Brush buns with melted butter and toast until golden. Assemble with pickles and serve immediately.
