About These Terms

These terms govern your use of copycatspices.com ("Copycat Spices", "we", "us"). Copycat Spices is operated by Anduril Management, LLC, 140 Keyland Court, Unit 11, Holbrook, NY 11741. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Our Content

Recipes, photos, text and cookbooks on this site are provided for personal, non-commercial home cooking. You may print or save recipes and cookbooks for your own use and share links to our pages. Please don't republish, resell or redistribute our content without permission.

Our recipes are inspired by restaurant dishes and are our own home-kitchen interpretations. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any restaurant or brand mentioned on the site. Restaurant names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the dishes our recipes are inspired by.

Free Cookbooks

Our cookbooks are free digital PDFs. When you request one, you provide your name and email address so we can deliver it. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle that information.

Optional Contributions ("Pay What You Want")

• Contributions are entirely voluntary. Every cookbook is available free; paying does not unlock extra content and is not required to receive anything.
• Contributions are a one-time payment in US dollars for the amount you choose. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Refunds: if you made a contribution by mistake or for the wrong amount, email hello@copycatspices.com within 30 days and we will refund it in full to your original payment method.
• Your card statement will show the charge from Copycat Spices or our operating company, Anduril Management, LLC.

Cooking Safety

Recipes are provided for general informational purposes. Please use your own judgment in the kitchen: follow safe food-handling practices, cook food to safe temperatures and check ingredients for allergens. Nutrition information, when shown, is an estimate. We aren't responsible for results, allergic reactions or injuries arising from preparing or eating any recipe.

Some links to ingredients and kitchen equipment are affiliate links. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you. Purchases from third-party retailers are governed by those retailers' own terms.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Copycat Spices and Anduril Management, LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
