Frenchette is Lee Hanson and Riad Nasr's Tribeca French brasserie — opened 2018 and named James Beard Best New Restaurant in 2019. The pair met at Restaurant Daniel and spent two decades as Keith McNally's co-executive chefs (Balthazar, Pastis, Minetta Tavern) before opening their own room. One of the hardest reservations in downtown Manhattan, famous for its duck frites with béarnaise, spit-roasted lobster, and natural wine list.
