Gabriel Kreuther Copycat Recipes

Gabriel Kreuther is the Michelin two-star restaurant at 41 West 42nd Street in New York City, opened in 2015 by Alsatian chef Gabriel Kreuther. Kreuther was previously executive chef at The Modern at MoMA, where he held two Michelin stars — making his eponymous restaurant one of the hardest-earned tables in New York. The kitchen draws from Alsatian tradition: tarte flambée, choucroute, pretzel grissini, and game dishes — elevated with New York's finest ingredients. A tasting menu runs $225 per person; the à la carte tarte flambée — the restaurant's signature starter — costs $24.
