Mother Wolf is Evan Funke's Hollywood tribute to Roman cuisine — opened April 2021 on Cahuenga Boulevard, one of LA's hardest reservations. Funke trained in Bologna under sfoglina Alessandra Spisni and built the menu around Roman essentials: supplì al telefono (the most-ordered starter), handmade tonnarelli cacio e pepe, wood-fired pizza, and the four classic Roman pastas executed with the precision of a pasta architect.
