Sadelle's is Major Food Group's SoHo tribute to the New York City appetizing store tradition — opened 2016 at 463 West Broadway, now with locations in Dallas and Miami. The restaurant is famous for its Celebration Bagel Tower ($125): a chrome three-tier stand bearing house-cured salmon, Scottish smoked salmon, sable, whitefish salad, two cream cheese schmears, and a full tray of everything bagels with classic toppings. Among the hardest brunch reservations in New York City.
