The NoMad Copycat Recipes

The NoMad was Daniel Humm's Michelin-starred restaurant at the NoMad Hotel on Broadway (2012–2021). Its whole roasted chicken for two — an Amish bird stuffed under the skin with foie gras, black truffle, and brioche, carried tableside before carving — was called 'the best roast chicken in America' by The Daily Meal and became one of New York's most iconic dishes before the hotel permanently closed.
