Bouchon Bistro Copycat Recipes

Thomas Keller opened Bouchon Bistro in Yountville, California in 1998 as a casual counterpoint to the French Laundry next door — a traditional Lyonnaise bouchon serving steak frites, croque monsieurs, and perfect pommes frites with the same obsessive precision as his three-Michelin-star tasting menus. The original Yountville location still runs, alongside Bouchon at The Venetian in Las Vegas (the Beverly Hills branch closed at the end of 2017).
